Professional Experience
Joined TELCO's Excavator Marketing Division as G.E.T., Oct., 1984.
Was associated with the entire gamut of activities of service department including field service, trouble shooting, warranty settlement with vendors as well as Hitachi.
Soon became an ace trouble shooter and had a chance to travel throughout the country meeting an entire range of customers (Institutional and Private).
Feb.' 1987 to Dec.' 1988 posted as R.O. Calcutta As Service Engineer.
Dec.' 1988 – was posted as in-charge of zonal office Jamshedpur, looking after sales service and spare parts with two service engineers reporting to me.
August' 1991 resigned TELCO and joined M/s Rana Builders Ltd. At Udaipur, looking after their entire fleet of Hyd Excavators (20 Nos.), all dumpers (80 Nos.) drilling equipments - compressors, Dozers etc.
From Oct.' 1993 till date – Have been operating my own business supplying parts to all the major customers of the area as well as catering to service aspect of all make of equipments.
